With its incorporations in MUSOM three years ago, however, this is running as a focused and prioritized program with continuous quality improvement. The main objective of MUSOM MBA is to train future leaders of the management field for our society with a focus on developing managerial skills and competence. It is 2 years full-time post-graduation degree. The program is completed in four semesters over two years by the interactive lecture guest lecture, group discussion, presentation, and collaborative research projects.
MUSOM, located in a beautiful Surkhet Valley, is the Best Business School of Karnali Province for globally established and emerging scientific management education which leads every graduate to consists of MUSOM Governing Council, academicians, entrepreneurs, researchers, and professionals. MBA Program seeks to enroll 30 students annually, whose graduate training in management science put them on the track to lead individual and teamwork effectively in the context of the emerging business community. Upon the completion of the Program graduates will be prepared to face the real worked issues and challenges which are found in the business community, development organization, private and public organizations.

Course Description
MBA at MUSOM is taught through a multimedia project, community case project, case method, seminar, workshop, guest lecturer, and graduate research project. The main goal is to train in the areas of quantitative, qualitative, and general concepts and practices related to the managerial process.
